Bartman Mailings, Including Union and Jack Franks Endorsements

Got some of Democratic Party State Representative candidate John Bartman’s mailings sent to me by a Friend of McHenry County Blog.

You can see them below.

First is a letter listing all of the labor unions who have endorsed him.

Considering John Bartman has received over $200,000 from unions for his campaign, it is appropriate that an endorsement letter be sent.

Here’s a mailing with State Rep. Jack Franks endorsing John Bartman to replace him.

Jack Franks is willing to stand next to John Bartman for a photo, but so far no contribution from Jack Franks has been reported to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

John Bartman pictures his Republican opponent Steve Reick as being in the pocket of rich people.

Bartman Mailings, Including Union and Jack Franks Endorsements — 16 Comments

  1. Are they trying to say that Franks is not in with the wealthy, political insiders — MADIGAN AND COMPANY??

    Hypocrites!!

  2. Soooooo…

    Now the play from the political novice and government abuser is somehow Reick is more powerful than the Constitution, Madigan and a veto proof Democrat majority in Springfield.

    Wow!

    First of all, congratulations to Steve on his newfound Godlike power.

    Second, congratulations to the unions on completely misidentifying the top concern of McHenry County voters.

    Third, congratulations to Franks for making Madigan so uncaring about him he has still sent the idiot squad against Reick.

    You must love when the opponent is so weak he can’t even put together a coherent effective hit piece.

  3. The newspapers have not reported that John Bartman is a union member.

    The newspapers have not reported that John Bartman currently is employed by a union organization named Indiana Illinois Iowa Foundation for Fair Contracting (IIIFFC).

    IIIFFC is a subsidiary of IUOE Local 150.

    IUOE = International Union of Operating Engineers.

    IUOE Local 150 is a very large, very powerful union that encompasses large swaths of Illinois plus portions of Iowa and Indian.

    What politician hides their current employment from newspapers and voters.

    ++++++

    IIIFFC is a prevailing wage monitoring organization.

    John Bartman works as a prevailing wage monitor for IIIFFC.

    IIIFFC until the last few months had a title of Compliance Monitor for their prevailing wage monitors.

    They recently changed the name from Compliance Monitor, to Construction Analyst.

    ++++++++++

    Prevailing wages are an unfunded mandate from state government to state and local government.

  4. I think today I’d rather be endorsed by anybody but a Hillary delegate.

    Does Bartman have a private server too?

  5. Who funded the mailer?

    ++++++++++++++

    Is that the first McHenry County Democrat that Jack Franks has been pictured with?

    ++++++++

    In a letter to union members John Bartman will admit he is a union member.

    Bu that was not revealed to the Northwest Herald.

    The Northwest Herald has not reported that John Bartman is a union member.

    +++++++++

    Jack Franks claims he has never voted for a tax hike.

    But he has voted for unfunded mandates that hiked costs.

    The result has been hiked taxes and debt.

  6. What is this guy, Bartman, yammering about?

    The state can’t “not pay” for retirement.

    I highly doubt Steve Reick would be so ignorant about contract impairment.

  7. Especially since there is a recent Illinois Supreme Court decision forbidding the impairment of pensions.

    And Steve Reick is an attorney.

  8. Cal, you are aware that Steve Reick also sent 3 attack adds in the past two days.

  9. From what I can tell, Reick didn’t do any negative mailers or advertising until Bartman and his allies (unions and Madigan) started attacking Reick.

  10. Democrat John Bartman v Republican Steve Reick for 63rd District State Representative.

    Election November 8, 2016.

    Early voting available.
