Two McHenry citizens in Nunda Township–Jeanne Heger and Linda Clerk–have challenge the Republican Primary Election petitions of incumbent Supervisor Lee Jennings and those he has encouraged to run with him.

Jennings is opposed by Cate Williams and Michael Walkup.

Who advised Jennings (and others) on filing that particular form?
I’m hearing that this form was on the Clerk’s (Mary McClellen’s) website and many candidates used this form.
Will the losers have to appeal?
Will this delay election results?
Will this cause law suits to ensue upon the Clerk?
Will townships be sued and in turn sue the Clerk?
