Kenneally Hires Boone County Assistant State’s Attorney

A press release from McHenry County State’s Attorney Patrick Kenneally:

Victor “Vic” Escarcida Slated for Felony Prosecutions

Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, is pleased to announce that Victor “Vic” Escarcida has been hired as an assistant state’s attorney.

Mr. Escarcida will be handling felony prosecutions.

Mr. Escarcida completed his Juris Doctor at Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2002.

Mr. Escarcida has been a prosecutor since 2004 and has successfully handled thousands of felony crimes, including first degree murder, gang related cases, and child abuse.

Most recently, Mr. Escarcida was First Assistant in the Boone County State’s Attorney’s Office.

We are fortunate to have such an experienced, ethical, and talented prosecutor join our Office and help further our mission of doing justice on behalf of the residents of McHenry County.

    Are we cutting expenses as was promised or just doing the Payback thingy?

    Yes and what ever happened to the former coroner?
