This appears to be the scene of the accident just before two this afternoon.

Not much more is known than a person was killed by a Metra commuter train in Crystal Lake at about 10:45 this morning.

Metra Police cars were in the parking lot nearest the commuter station.

Metra Police cars were at the station, but the accident is being handled by Crystal Lake Police.

The train started from Harvard, but had been delayed because of car-train crash closer to Chicago
