After being thrown off the Grafton Township Republican Primary ballot for not numbering the pages on his petitions, Assessor Al Zielinski decided to run a write-in campaign.

He needed 50 votes (the number of petition signatures to get on the primary ballot) and he received 93.

For Township Trustee, there were two candidates.

Matthew Cooper beat former Township Supervisor Linda Moore 164-64.

Zielinski and Cooper will be on the April 4th ballot.
