State Rep. Steve Reick didn’t end last year with much money in the bank–less than $1,600.

During the first quarter of 2017, he picked up almost $5,700 and spent about $3,000. leaving him with $4,306.52.

Contributions over $150 came from

  • AT&T Illinois Employee PAC – $500
  • Vote for Margo McDermed for IL House (Mokena) – $485
  • IL Automobile Dealers Assn – $250
  • Shattuck & Associates Consulting – $250
  • Credit Union PAC – $250
  • Dent-IL-PAC – $250
  • HAPAC – $250
  • INCS Action (charter school supporters) PAC – $250
  • Brent Hassert Consulting LLC -$200
  • Matthew O’Shea Consulting, Inc. – $200
  • SUAA (State Universities Annuitants Association) Action – $200

All but one of the contibutors lobby the legislature.

Most of the expenditures appear to have gone to setting up a legislative office.
