  1. It’s about time the McHenry County Board utilized electronic voting. When Is The Video Streaming Coming?

  2. Looks like Walkup not only lost the election, but now he’s been banded from voting.

    Who’s next?

And the sheep continue to say?

  3. Videotaping regular board meetings is a higher priority taxpayer transparency measure than Electronic voting.

Note that the Illinois General Assembly also has electronic voting but does not videotape its regular voting sessions.

Jack Franks, current county board chair, who pushed for implementation of McHenry County Board electronic voting, worked in the Illinois General Assembly for 18 years as a State Representative.

  4. Bow and scrape.

That’s what you get from your current board.

To bottow a phase from one of our current communist posters .
    … tic toc ..tic toc.

  5. This stupid electronic voting is worse than worthless.

    It flips votes.

Flipped Thorsen’s vote last night and if the board members don’t look at the board and pay attention, their votes can and will be stolen.

And it doesn’t save time either.

    Ridiculous waste.

  6. Hi Cal.

I know you were not at this meeting.

So may I ask to which photo-Journalist you are giving credit for providing this photo?

Perhaps you found it on the Gold Pin Independent?

Perhaps you are stealing the intellectual property of a certain progressive photographer?

Sincerely, Robert Rosenberg Attorney at Law.

  7. Sunshine blogger, this is foul play! One of our compassionate conservative, free market worshipper commenters used my copyrighted phrase without express written consent. This is a flagrant violation of our sunshine blog rules. And we all know how much you care about maintaining honorable behavior and mutual respect while moderating our civilized discussion in this world renowned sunshine blog. Would our grammar queen please explain our millions of readers what “bottow” exactly means? 2018, is that you knocking at the door? Tic, tock, tic, tock…

  8. Did Time run out Tuesday in Georgia and South Carolina?

The Board shows the “round mound” “AWAY”. Really?

What is the meaning of (S)? (M)?

If Thorsen voted NO, did Kearns vote NO also?

    Why no Walkup?

Why no blank space for Gasser?

Is the electronic voting like voter registration? OUT OF CONTROL?

  9. Franks is shown away because he only votes in case of tie

Walkup was not present at meeting.

M means motion. S means second

It’s not that hard people. Your ugly bias is showing. It’s

  10. Someone sent it to me without identifying the source.

Should you want me to take it down, please let me know.

I have another photo of another vote sent me by someone else.

  11. An Illinois Atty on this Blog? Awesome.

Break room soda machine down for a week now. If you can fix, bring extra of that grape stuff I like, totally out.

  12. Seems like the photo should be replaced, unless the sender identified it as theirs, which does not seem to be the case.

  13. Talk about petty!

It’s not a photo I would claim or not.

    Can you say douchebag lawyer?

    Anyway, thank you,

    Michael Rein
    Chuck Wheeler
