Crystal Lake Central High School.
My sister convinced me to attend the 55th Reunion Luncheon of her Crystal Lake Central High School Class of 1962 at d’Andrea’s Banquet Hall.
I first discovered that all the handicapped parking places were filled.
I entered in my First United Methodist Church of Crystal Lake Vacation Bible School shirt and shorts planning just to stay a while and chat.
But since people paid for the luncheon who didn’t show up, I was invited to eat one of their meals.
The highlight of the event for me was the reading of the further adventures of classmate Harry Glick.

Craig Brown really did another bang up job with the further adventures of Harry Glick.
You know Harry was conceived by he and Roger Schneider and got such acclaim we had a school-wide burial at his demise.

However, he rose like Lazarus and has been a part of several reunions.
I felt privileged again to read Craig’s current update of dear Harry’s exploits .
Huh. Political satire/softcore torture pornography. Speaks volumes about the author. Gee. Wonder who that is.
