33-Year Old Woman Gets 9 Years for Intent to Deliver Heroin

DOMINIQUE M. RICHMOND PLEADS GUILTY TO POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DELIVER

Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that Dominique M.

Dominique Richmond


Richmond, 33, pled guilty to Possession of Heroin (15-100 grams) with Intent to Deliver, a Class
X Felony, before the Honorable Sharon Prather.

On January 20, 2017, a search warrant was conducted on Richmond’s residence in McHenry.

Richmond was located in the residence and found in possession of 61.8 grams of heroin that was
packaged for individual sale.

Richmond was sentenced to 9 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections pursuant to the plea.

This case was investigated by members of the Illinois State Police Lake County Metropolitan

Enforcement Group. This case was prosecuted by Robert Ladd of the McHenry County State’s
Attorney’s Office.
