Here is Andrew Gasser’s attorney Robert Hanlon’s answer to Bob Miller’s attorney Tom Gooch’s question as to why certain Algonquin Township employees should be deposed in the case:
“All current and former employees of Algonquin Township.
“Investigation continues.”
That’s not an answer to a question.
His answer was ALL.
What part of his answer do you not understand?
Agree, this Doesn’t quite answer “the question”.
If I little Susie “why do you eat all the M&Ms first from your bucket of Holloween candy?
And she answers ‘I want All the candy’ that wouldn’t be an answer to That particular Question.
It’s a language thing.
But agree with Gasser to depose all current & former employees (and perhaps all current and former vendors, bidders, all the people who got free stuff/services, members of the Hwy Commissioner ‘s club etc. etc)
