Here is Andrew Gasser’s attorney Robert Hanlon’s answer to Bob Miller’s attorney Tom Gooch’s question as to why Algonquin Township’s elected officials should be deposed in the case:
“All current and former elected officials associated with Algonquin Township.
“Investigation continues.”
To which they’ll plead the 5th?
