Northern Woodstock, western Wonder Lake and points between, including the Courthouse, lie in Greenwood Township.

Assessments made in 2017 for which property tax bills will come this spring have a three-year median average of 31.27%.

That means County government will impose a township multiplier to increase the three-year average to 33.3%, which is mandated by state law.
