McHenry County Blog filed a Freedom of Information Request for payroll data since 2012 from Algonquin Township’s Road District.

The reply to the request covers the following who were on former Road Commissioner Bob Miller’s payroll:

- Kevin Fitzgerald
- Ryan Green
- Douglas Helman
- Donald Krenz, Sr.
- Derek Lee
- Karen Lukasik
- Anna May Miller
- Carl Mohr
- Robin Mohr
- Daniel Morrison
- Daniel Neumann
- Andrew Rosencrans
- Dylan Stern
- Arnold Sylvester
- Randall Voss
- Daniel Wacyk
The summary of the reply shows that $244,875.63 was paid in “misc” income.
Income taxes were deducted from such payments, seemingly eliminating the possibility that none were reimbursements for department purchases.
Asked if he had had any idea what the payments were for, new Road Commissioner Andrew Gasser said, “No.”
I’d love to see the amounts that went to each individual over that period of time.
Is this why Lukasik is covering for Miller?

I wonder if receiving unlawful payments is grounds for termination?
If so, no union contract would save these jobs.

I wonder when one makes accusatory statements couched in an inflammatory question and the draws an flawed conclusion if that person is a pot stirring fool?
Very interesting list. Just the list of names without any other information, I could assume it is a list of the Miller family’s loudest defender’s. AKA, Andrew Gasser’s most ardent hater’s.
I’d like to know the amounts also, but still very telling without the numbers.
