That is the message on the outside of the envelope containing my letter to Algonquin Township Precinct 7 neighbors.
I got so fed up with Bruce Rauner’s mailings calling Jeanne Ives a tool of Mike Maedigan I even quoted John Kass statement that Rauner was lying in myu precinct letter.
Then comes Jack Franks’ allies calling themselves “Illinois Integrity Fund” lying about those on the ballot who refuse to be one of Jack Franks’ sheep.
Those include
- County Clerk candidate Joe Tirio
- McHenry County Board candidate Chuck Wheeler (an incumbent who has give Jack Franks fits, starting with replacing his choice to chair the Public Health Committee, Paula Yensen)
- McHenry County Board candidate Ersel Schuster (who has written numerous pieces on McHenry County Blog critical of THE CHAIRMAN)
- McHenry County Board candidate Orville Brettman (who served well as Carpentersville Village President, elected running against the incumbent Village President and senior Trustee)
Now comes evidence of lies from an ally of Jack Franks in the comment section of this publication.
Spotlight wrote what I knew to be a lie, but I asked Joe Tirio for his repsonse.
Sportlight commented this morning:
Guess who just hired his wife for a job in the department he runs?

To be clear, I did not hire my wife, nor has she been hired anywhere at the county.
Let me go on to say, just to beat the “Illinois Integrity Fund” to the punch, I also have not married anyone who works with me at the office, nor do I have any plans to.
I did play the part of Santa Claus at the Holiday party and I have heard that Sasquatch was seen wandering the halls of the admin building, but no confirmed sighting.
To recap,
No slush fund, no cronies, no New Mexico vacation, and now, no wife at work.
Yes to Santa, maybe on Sasquatch.

Any comment that shows up that is a lie will result in the commenter being eliminated from future commenting.
Cal, I would add that such comments should be recorded by you for defamation suits.
As we know, ‘anonymous’ commenters’ identies can be ferreted out when legal actions are involved.
Political Consequences are rarely a worry for such humanoids, but if there are monetary penalty, such bad behavior may be discouraged in the future.
(oh, and I have Moderate/Spotlight’s phone # if you need to track it for service of subpoena).

What someone did do is he resigned before the Brettmann article came out. He resigned from the McHenry county GO PAC and put his wife in instead.
