Grafton Precinct Committeeman Frank Haslwanter’s Election Recommendations — 5 Comments

  1. Voting No on the first proposition because it is non-binding is pretty foolish. The school districts have made a point to indirectly campaign against this via email so I suspect that they will be using this, if you vote no, to justify further tax hikes.

  2. He said it was a deceptive measure to grandstand. This proposition by the county that has no jurisdiction over any other form of govt. The only fools are the ones that believe this will do a thing !!!
The only thing that will stop the school boards from raising taxes and foolishly spending, flagrantly giving out unearned raises and cowtowing to the Union is to get a group together and go to the school board meetings! Protest when they make spending mistakes, praise them when they refrain. That is the ONLY way. Frank is no fool, believe me.

  3. With all due respect, I feel that the only way anything will change is with a property tax cap. D155 heard the people loud and clear, and chose to ignore them. On the prop; yes it is deceptive and will not force any savings, it is another way to say “we are taxed too high”. Although nobody really cares as long as they get their piece of your pie in this state.

  4. Who is this mope? Only idiots pay attention to these shills. Gimme a freakin’ break.
