Republican Headquarters is back in the “V” of the Crystal Lake Plaza. In 1973, this wsy my first legislative office.
The [Marine] ad says, “We’re looking for a few good men.”
Well, we are looking for a few good Republicans willing to staff the office on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. A two-hour shift would be of great help to us just to have a presence and a place the public can find us.
As we get closer to the November election we’ll have more activity and need more volunteers to keep the place open and available to both candidates and voters.
So, for you ladies who could use a couple hours of ‘down’ time (read a book, do some embroidery), this could be a great opportunity.
Feel free to buddy up with a friend to help pass the time.
For you guys who would (maybe) like to hide from that ‘honey do’ list for a couple extra hours – this opportunity doesn’t come around every day.
Just send me an email [or email me–address on the left hand side of the page] to let me know if you can fill a 10 am to noon stint or a noon to 2 pm stint and what Saturday(s) will work for you so I can get you on the Schedule.

The actions of the local County Chairman to support the unsupportable Township Crooks was the last straw for me. They and Rauner can go blow!
