Keni Zaleski added, “necessity of utilizing existing staff resources most effectively. The heart of the matter is that on any given day our staff (7 Family Case Management and 6 WIC staff) can be covering four locations. Consolidating locations allows us to use staff time to extend our hours to accommodate working parents.”
