From the Harvard Police Blotter:
On 05-10-18 at 0902 hrs, Harvard Police responded to the Harvard High School, 1103 N Jefferson St reference a delayed disturbance.
After a thorough investigation two Harvard Youths (m-16 yoa and m-17 yoa) were issued a Settlement of Fines Citation for Fighting under City of Harvard Ordinance.
The two Harvard Youths were released to their respective parents.
On 05-17-18 at 1326 hrs, a Harvard Youth (f-16 yoa) was issued six Non-Traffic Notice to Appear Citations for Curfew under City of Harvard Ordinance after the youth was out after curfew the past several days without permission.
The Harvard Youth was also issued a Settlement of Fines Citation for Unlawful Possession of an Alternative Nicotine Product also under City of Harvard Ordinance.
The Harvard Youth was released to a guardian with a court date of 06-06-18 at 1330 hrs.
Do they not have a school resource officer (cop) on duty at Harvard High ?
If not, why not ?
