  1. There are zero questions relating to property tax rate, spending efficiency, opinions of salary+benefit package fairness relative to tax rates, equability of salary+benefit package value relative to National, State, and regional averages.

    As with Woodstock D200, this Survey is designed to produce results which will be used to justify higher spending in the future.

    There are zero questions related to:

    property tax rate

    ratio of property tax rates to National, State, or regional averages

    ratio of tax rates relative to standardized test results

    ratio of spending relative to National, State, or regional averages

    ratio of pay+benefit packages to national, State, and regional averages (including signing bonuses, OPEB (free health insurance from age 53 to 65, at least), stipends, PERQs (free cell phones, e.g.), and pension spiking contractual guarantees.)

  3. As with Woodstock D200, this survey seems designed to justify higher spending in the future, no matter the survey results.
