ANTHONY FICARELLI JOINS McHENRY COUNTY AS ASSISTANT STATE’S ATTORNEY

Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, is pleased to announce that Anthony Ficarelli has joined the Office as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Civil Division.

Anthony brings a wealth of experience from 30 years in the public sector and labor management law areas as a partner and an attorney.

He served as chief negotiator for multiple union bargaining agreements.

Ficarelli acted as counsel for issues related to worker’s compensation, termination of employment, sexual harassment, workplace safety, wage and overtime standards, privacy rights, discrimination, and employee benefits.

Anthony earned his Juris Doctor at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.
