Read the following September 28, 2018, 1:58 PM email from Regional Superintendent of Schools Leslie Schermerhorn to McHenry County Board members and tell me that McHenry County Board member Jack Franks doesn’t have an anger control problem:

In the last hour the County Chairman contacted Edgar Pereda, the Director of Evergreen School a/k/a the Regional Safe School.
By statute, every Regional Office must provide a Regional Safe School Program (RSSP).
The McHenry County Safe School is in Union, IL.
It goes by the name, Evergreen Academy.
It is a small school where districts send students in lieu of suspension or expulsion.
The Regional Office rents the school building for a nominal fee from Marengo District #165.
The Chairman insisted the Director answer his questions.
Jack Franks
When the director responded that all questions must be directed to me, Mr. Franks flew off the handle.
He threatened Mr. Pereda’s job, said he knew James Meeks, a board member of the Illinois State Board of Education, among other things.
The Chairman used many expletives.
This behavior by the County Board Chair has become more and more common.
It is highly unprofessional.
You are members of the County Board, is there anything that can be done about this or do we wait until the next election?

Sensitive Leslie needs to try this one on.
Maybe Jack is tired of taking the heat for outrageous taxation, as a result of you and your ilk’s bloated salary and cost.
Jack could put you on a spit with an apple stuffed in your mouth for all taxpayers care.

This is not about the office of Superintendent – this is about bullying!!
The Regional Safe Schools are probably the best bulwark we have to try to prevent more school shootings by troubled kids.

Jack Franks asking Edgar “why the fuck won’t Leslie take the ballgag out of your mouth”.is a perfectly acceptable use of an expletive.
Any school superintendent in this county should be able speak to any member of the county board, including the chairman.
The only problem here is Leslie.
Leslie Schermerhor, Jack is a Democrat right, that is what Democrats do, Dumpster-Diver comes to mind.
Was it not the Teacher’s Union that backed Jack?
