A Friend of McHenry County Blog sent the following, with photos, shortly before one this first day of early voting:
I just left the polling place about 15 minutes ago and I asked how many people had voted and she said I was number 236.
There were 4 voting booths available with only one open.
Which I occupied and used.
When I left there were actually people waiting.
One lady was a little upset that she couldn’t do a write in vote and the judges were trying to figure it out and help her.
I asked the election judge and she said during the primary for all week there were only about 300 votes.
So this is at 1:35 1:40 PM and already 236 voters on the first day of early voting.

Aaaaaahhhhhh…I could spend hours staring at those political signs. What a wonderful sight! Let’s enjoy it before a Democrat steals them all. Stay tuned…14 days…tic, tock, tic, tock, tic, tock…
Time to look objectively at what’s been going on at Alg twh since the election.
Here is some more interesting reading:

Well played, Nob.
Those posts say so much about gasser and his quid pro quo fools.
No one in AL township is up for re election until 2021 so it has nothing whatsoever to do with this story Nob.
National polls would indicate that the higher voter interest in this midterm is due to higher interest by Democratic voters than is usual for a mid term election so I think Crazy Angel may have some cause to celebrate.
Even Hultgren is starting to look somewhat vulnerable, leading by only about 1.5 points in what should have been a walk. https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2018-midterm-election-forecast/house/
