The Northwest Herald reports that what may be a crucial deadline in Algonquin Township Road Commissioner Andrew Gasser’s attempt to escape from the Operating Engineers’ contract signed by Robert Miller, the man he closely defeated, mere weeks before Miller left office.

I guess I missed the NWH article where James Kelly, Algonquin Township attorney filed an Emergency Hearing motion for more time after blowing a deadline in our FOIA case?

And why is missing a deadline a story?

This happens ALL the time with attorneys.
