From regular Crystal Lake High School Board attender John Pletz:
What happens when teachers elect their family members to Community High School District 155’s Board of Directors?
Taxpayers only get 48 hours of notice that these board members are voting on a new contract, with no, zero, zilch, input from the public.
More money for them and their families.
For months, they have negotiated behind closed doors to take more of your money.
Did they ask you if you want them to have more of your money?
What happens when they pass a new contract to give more money to themselves and their families?
They have the legal right to take your money.
What happens if you don’t pay your taxes?
They take your house away from you and your family.

The Illinois theory on paying teachers has always been, if you spend $200 K on a Kia, that makes it a Porsche.
Communism.
Communism is what the liberal democrats want.
Can anyone argue the liberals are not advocating the following:
Communism is a political theory derived from Karl Marx, advocating class war and leading to a society in which all property is publicly owned and each person works and is paid according to their abilities and needs.
How do I know the contract will be accepted?
Because Pletz opposes it.
When are you people going to take a lesson in optics?
An American, Now that the Northwest Herald has gotten involved, they may not have the stomach to pass it.
