In today’s Northwest Herald article about McHenry County Board member Chuck Wheeler’s suit against those behind three 2016 Republican Primary Election hit pieces, McHenry County Board Chairman Jack Franks is quoted as the source of Wheeler’s health benefits and mileage reimbursements.
He had Wheeler’s health insurance benefits and travel expenses readily available when asked by reporter Katie Smith.

The back of the Illinois Integrity Fund hit piece leads readers to think that most of the money referenced was for travel reimbursement.

Makes one wonder how heavily the old blow-hard is involved.
Only one lawsuit has named him directly, but my guess is all that could change relatively soon.
Rumor also has it that there may be more lawsuits coming.
