DANIEL L. FORCUCCI PLEADS GUILTY TO POSSESSION OF CANNABIS WITH INTENT TO DELIVER
Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that Daniel L. Forcucci, 48, of Carpentersville, Illinois, pled guilty to Possession of Over 5,000 grams of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver, a Class X Felony, before the Honorable Robert Wilbrandt.
Inside the storage unit, officers located 82 pounds (over 37,000 grams) of cannabis and over $190,000 United States currency.
On June 22, 2016, members of the Carpentersville Police Department executed a search warrant on a storage unit rented by Forcucci in Algonquin, Illinois.
Officers made contact with Forcucci at his residence, where another 4,500 grams of cannabis and $1,000 United States currency was located.
Forcucci was sentenced to 7 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections pursuant to the plea.
This case was investigated by members of the Carpentersville Police Department.
This case was prosecuted by Robert Ladd of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.
