
The 31-member House Homeland Security Committee will hold its next committee meeting in the 14th congressional district on October 15.
The committee is scheduled to meet at the Gurnee Village Hall at 9AM CDT per the following entry on congress.gov:

The topic is “Preparing for 2020: How Illinois is Securing Elections”. Full agenda and documentation will be published both on congress.gov and at the homeland.house.gov websites as information is released.
Congressman Bennie Thompson (D, MS) chairs the committee and Congresswoman Lauren Underwood is the vice chair.
