There were thirty pro-Trump folks and 8-12 Leftwingers.
Three Woodstock Police Officers separated the two sides.

U.S. Special Forces troops stationed in Syria came under artillery fire from Turkey late Friday as Ankara wages an offensive against Kurdish armed groups.
“U.S. troops in the vicinity of Kobani came under artillery fire from Turkish positions at approximately 9 p.m. local Oct. 11,” Navy Capt. Brook DeWalt said in a statement. “The explosion occurred within a few hundred meters of a location outside the Security Mechanism zone and in an area known by the Turks to have U.S. forces present.”

The United States leaving allies to get slaughtered is absolutely an American problem. If we are going to fight terrorists in the Middle East instead of on US soil we need allies. If we don’t have allies then we send US troops to fight.
This is a disaster of epic proportions. People like you who blindly back Trump’s every move and think he knows better than his own advisers and the DOD are a huge part of the problem.
Disputes between the Kurds and Turks has been going on for a couple of hundred years. It is not the job of the U.S. to be a policeman to the current disputes. Turkey is a member of the UN and NATO. These organizations should rightly be the policemen for the Turk/Kurd disputes.
If the U.S. is to use their troops to dispel invasions, then the place to do it where the US has vital interests. That would be along the US southern border where there has been an ongoing invasion for many years. The US would be better served to have many thousands of US troops placed along the southern border to intercept invaders, capture them and then return them to the capitals of the nations (Mexico, Guatemala, etc) from which they came.
