Am I the ohnly one who remembers the Democrats did not include government’ bulk buying of drugs for Medicare and Medicaid in Obamacare.

From this Tribune article, it seems clear that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has forgotten that she could have put that element into the bill that was passed without people having time to read it.
