Could it be a person walked in to the station to dispose of medicines no longer needed and the CSO, Community Service Officer, unarmed civilian in a different uniform, took possession of said drugs and deposited them in the DEA drug drop box? I am pretty darn sure a DEA officer never showed up at their PD unless there is a bust going down that involves many grams and pounds and you would never see that in the blotter until they want to brag about the bust. If they took a counterfeit dollar bill from a bank you would probably see an “outside assist Secret Service” because that is who handles said action. Cal, they have you hook line and sinker.
