The plan seems to be to establish a database. Though the records are considered to be confidential, it appears that there are ETS provisions in there to provide records to whomever they determine at a later date.
Let’s see, hiring a hack ex-police chief and paying him top dollar to “investigate” the previous supervisor in a feeble attempt to gain “dirt” on political enemies.
That “investigation” apparently involved “meetings” at the predecessor supervisor’s home in the middle of the evening.
Thus, we have the apparent use of public money to run a political witch hunt against Funk’s political adversary – while enriching Funk’s political allies – who are hack losers themselves and have been accused of abusing their power in the past at attacking and trying to destroy their political enemies.

JT? For years now it has taken from five to eight hours and longer for simple posts to post. I told CAl how to “fix” this but he didn’t want to hear any of it. Said he didn’t understand or want to get involved and told me to go through his “tech” guy? I told his “tech” guy and his “tech” blocked me. So now he has a blog that has no ability to “converse”. He must like it this way. Been years now.
