What I remember as the Branded Steak House run by Willie Henke turned into Hob Nob’s and, then, D’Andrea Banquest and Conference Center.
At this high traffic site I’m wondering what will be the next business.
I think if you’re in that back parking lot of D’Andreas and look closely you can still see the T box for the Golf Course that used to back up there, and one had to hit it over that lake in the photo to hit the green.

Uber – how can you NOT blame Pritzger? He is the MOST responsible person in the state for the failed mandates, onerous executive demands, and feckless leadership.
No only has Pritzger’s decisions led to loss of businesses and livelihoods, they have be abysmal failures at their stated objectives. The “mandates” have made the pandemic worse – numbers are UP.

The mistake is understandable considering the proliferation of Uber Technologies and the use of the word “Uber” referring to the company. The word “Uber” is actually of German origin “denoting an outstanding or supreme example of a particular kind of person or thing.” I use it mockingly, as those who know me are aware that I do not consider myself superior to anyone. I certainly do not demean an Uber driver or taxi driver, it is an honest living, although a difficult one.
Concerning my background, you should know that I have both a bachelor of science degree and a doctorate degree. I generally work as a consulting professional getting paid fees for my knowledge and efforts. I employ multiple people who enjoy their work. We all derive a great deal of satisfaction helping people through difficult times and are generally well compensated for it.
