From the Loren Underwood campaign:

Lauren is officially running for reelection in Illinois’s 14th district, and she’s counting on this team to help build the resources it’ll take to win our challenging race. In a race as close as ours will be, it’s important that we kick-off our campaign with as much momentum as possible.

If you’re able, please pitch in $10 — or whatever works for your budget — to help us launch our reelection campaign on strong footing and send Lauren back to Congress. Then, keep reading for Lauren’s full message.

Thanks for everything, team.

— Team Underwood

We have a lot to be proud of, but as we both know, there’s still a lot of work ahead of us. And folks, I’m nowhere near finished fighting for the people of Illinois.

I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work making progress on the issues that matter most — reducing child care costs, passing legislation that will save the lives of moms across the country, and building an economy that works for all Americans, not just wealthy corporations and billionaires. But I can’t do any of it without you.

So folks, that means I’ve got some pretty big news to share with you today: I’m officially running for reelection in Illinois’s 14th district.

Serving our community has been the honor of my life, and it’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly.

In 2018, this incredible team won our bitterly competitive race, helping me make history as the youngest Black woman to ever serve in Congress. And since then, I’ve had eight pieces of legislation enacted into law — reducing the cost of generic insulin, lowering health insurance costs and premiums, improving maternal health care for our veterans, and more.

We have a lot to be proud of, but as we both know, there’s still a lot of work ahead of us. And folks, I’m nowhere near finished fighting for the people of Illinois.

Will you pitch in to help us kick-off our reelection campaign with as much momentum as possible?

  1. Jussie’s not suicidal. Well when you’re involved with Obummer and his wife Big Mike who are also quite gay I could see how you might worry about being Clintoncided. I wonder if the Underwood election was on the approved list by IL Board of Elections to only count 5% of the vote. Useless idiot from Naperville needs to go

  2. i’m no where near getting all my pension dollars ms. buckwheat needs to stay in this position for mo mo mo

  3. There are so many people on their way to Hell. Baby killing voters and proud of it.

  4. Wow, that’s a lot. I wonder if any of the signatories were still alive?

  5. The very fact that she sought to impeach president Donald Trump twice without any evidence of wrongdoing demonstrates that she and the Democratic Party colluded with Russia to obstruct the 2020 election.

Not only should Lauren Underwood not run for office, she needs to resign and step down in shame and disgrace for abusing her power well not uncovering the corruption within the Biden regime. Where are the quid pro quo investigations of corruption with burisma holdings.

Why is this Democrat Administration focused on getting oil and gas from totalitarian dictators and terrorist sponsoring Nations when America has more oil and gas than any of those Nations combined.

Democrats always make Americans last again and now the truth about January 6th has come out and members of the Democrat Party literally colluded with rogue FBI agents who staged the events and murdered American citizens all for political power
