Whatever his flaws, Bailey is certainly a conservative Republican.
And this poll is 6 points less for Irvin
and 5 more points for Bailey from an Irvin source. If any township or county group has endorsed Irvin, I have yet to see it.
Jesse Sullivan is starting to come up, but considering the millions he has spent, it’s hard to see how
he can get close to the leaders.

You don’t have to be thrilled with Bailey to know that Irvin, who has voted Dem in 6 out of the last 7 primaries, is really a liberal Democrat in his policies.
If Irvin is the Republican “opponent” of Pritzker, the entire Republican ticket from top to bottom will go down despite Biden 60% disapproval, Lightfoot’s incredible incompetence and Pritzker’s out of touch arrogance.
