So, with both the 10th and 11th districts uncontested for the two incumbents (while Laura Pollastrini was IL-14 state central committeeperson since her appointment in 2019), the roll calls at the county convention will be for the 63 precincts of Algonquin Township, and the 7 precincts in the IL-16.
So Pollastrini, who backed Mark Carroll in the congressional primary, unopposed for election.
One would have thought one of Catalina Lauf’s loyalists would have run for the spot, given how Pollastrini worked so hard against her, but maybe they’ve made peace, or most likely, Lauf had no influence in the decision.
Surprised to see Jim Marter’s name not listed for the IL-14, as I thought that was the reason Pollastrini appointed Marter as her final deputy for the old IL-14.
Oh well, which slate emerges leading the McHenry County Republican Party will be what’s worth watching tomorrow night.
The main exclusive power that SCC members have is electing the chairman of the state party, and as you know Republican SCC members are elected by Republican PC (unlike Democratic SCC members who are directly elected by Democratic voters in the primary).
Current Illinois Republican Party chairman Don Tracy has done the impossible and managed to be even worse than his predecessor.
The relevant questions elected PC should consider when voting for SCC members are who is thinking about running for chairman of the state party and who do these SCC candidates support.
How about 16?
Problem fixed.
Thanks, Citizen Editor.
Tim Ozinga, McH Co Republican Chairman Tyler Wilke’s relative, totally supported IRVIN.
That sh!t of a demonrat wave is coming out here and lurks within our local republican leadership.
Julie Cho is the only Conservative in dist 9.
Aligns with Rabine.
LaSonde is not pro-life and was behind Irvin!
Nyhan was also behind Irvin and doesn’t do ANYTHING without getting paid for it.
Don’t believe she will raise money for the party without both hands out!
Julie Cho is the only Conservative in dist 9.
Aligns with Rabine/Trump/Bailey.
The other two are Winfield North Shore Richard Porter minions who won’t vote for Bailey if their lives depended on it.

Mark Shaw withdrew his name to be Curran’s campaign manager.
How is Timothy Ozinga related to Tyler Wilke?
Aaron Del Mar was Rabine’s low IQ running mate.
Tyler Wilke is a big fat pig who can’t write a cogent paragraph to dave his shyster life.
I believe he won his race for State Central Committeeman.
Del Mar did win. The only races I am unsure about the results are Jim Fisher vs Jan Weber in the 16th and Bob Grogan vs Sean Morrison in the 6th.
