NICHOLAS GAB JOINS THE CRIMINAL DIVISION OF THE MCHENRY COUNTY STATE’S ATTORNEY’S OFFICE
Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, is pleased to announce that Nicholas Gab joined our office as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Criminal Division on August 15, 2022.
Nicholas earned his Juris Doctor in May 2022, from Northern Illinois University College of Law.
While at NIU, he served as Associate Justice in the Moot Court Society and was a finalist in the Lenny B. Mandell Moot Court Competition in 2021. Mr. Gab earned his Bachelor of Science degree in History, from Illinois State University.
During law school, he interned with the Illinois Attorney General in Chicago and the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Springfield, Illinois. Prior to law school, he interned for the University of Illinois Legislative Staff Intern Program in 2018-2019, for the Chief Legal Counsel at the Illinois Prisoner Review Board in 2017 and for Judge Madonia of the 7th Judicial Circuit at the Sangamon County Courthouse in 2016.
