Crystal Lake Grade School District Passing Four-Year Teacher, Oops, School Bus Union Contract Tuesday, Meaning No Changes for at Least Three Elections

At Tuesday nights District 47 Elementary School Board meeting, the following is on the agenda:

CLTU contract 2022 through 2026

[I should have remembered that the Grade School teachers union has “CLETA” as its initials.]

Half the Board is up for election next spring.

Current Crystal Lake Grade School Board.

There will be another election in April of 2025.

Whoever remains on the Board then will negotiate the next contract.

Does this remind anyone of the contract former Algonquin Township Road Commissioner Bob Miller signed with Local 150 of the Operating Engineers after he lost the Republican Primary Election to Andrew Gasser?
