  1. Yeah, curious, do the arsonists even get taken to County Jail for Processing and then released, or just processed and released by local coppers. All the more reason for Taddle Tale Sherrif to look at either County jail layoffs, or selling jail space for revenue to overcrowded State Prisons.

SAFE-T Act coming soon. Wont need County Jail personnel at the numbers they have now. Sorry boys and girls, been a good gig, lots of pay and benefit, but not much work to be done anymore. Thank a Dem–your Union probably told you to vote Dem. Usual way it goes.

  2. If a possible sentence upon conviction includes any form of probation, then the offender CANNOT be held under bail past his first appearance where he’s informed of the charges UNLESS

    1) he is adjudged a threat against a SPECIFIC individual (claiming he intends to kill everyone at ABC school doesn’t count; stating that he will beat John Smith with a hammer does), or

    2) the State can prove he intends to flee the jurisdiction. Unless he says he is going to or has a ticket in his pocket, lotsa luck.

This make no sense at all to most of us, but it seemed perfectly logical to the Black Caucus and the rest of the sheep in the legislature! Moron ALL!
