  1. Why not. The dumb taxpayers will pay.

    These fire fuzz work 3 days/4 off. And they sleep during the 3 days they’re ‘on’ fed by sirloin steaks on the taxpayers’ dime.

    I do note the reform brought in the late 1990s, banning alcohol from the station.

    Hip flasks still get smuggled in.

    Remember when that one dept insisted they needed the most expensive coffee brand to be “alert”?

    They’re always buying expensive mushrooms and premium meat cuts and fancy milk.

    You are a fool if you automatically go along with every tax increase and think nobody is wasting money.

    Plenty of places reject tax increases and don’t end up in a mad max scenario.

    Tax and spend libs are just hysterical and delusional.

    Civilization is always one rejected tax increase from collapsing.

    Just one more maximum tax levy to keep us from turning into anarchy. What a farce!

  3. To be fair, taxpayers do not fund firefighter’s meals.

    And in many communities appliances and cookware are funded by a foreign fire fund.
