ASSAULT WEAPONS BAN – CASE 2 REGISTRATION

We are pleased to announce that we are partnering with some other members of the legal profession to take action against Governor Pritzker and the Illinois General Assembly for the passage of HB 5471 which will severely restrict the constitutional rights of law-abiding citizens in Illinois.

We plan on bringing a second lawsuit in the Illinois state court immediately.

The state court action will address the unlawful manner of which the general assembly continues to pass laws by playing with procedure.

Turning an insurance law into a gun grab at the last second is unacceptable.

These violations of procedure must be addressed by our Courts.

As for a federal action, there is a high likelihood the new gun law violates recent United States Supreme Court precedent in regard to 2nd Amendment rights.

An outright ban on gun sales and transfers is an overreach which we would hope the U.S. Supreme Court will not allow to stand.

Anyone who desires to join and be a part of this case is free to do so.

We intend to bring the second state court action and also begin on the global federal action, if and when the need arises.

We are preparing now for what is assuredly a quick approval by Governor Pritzker.

If you would like to join our action, please fill out the application.

  1. Looks like folks are waking up and pushing back.

It will be interesting to watch the RINOs on the McHenry County Board do the old sell-out two step now that the Republican Party has passed a resolution calling for a sanctuary 2nd ammendment County.

Some political epitaphs will be written on the night of that vote.

    But who’s watching? LOL.

  2. I bet JB Fatass is protected by state police with “assault weapons”.

It’s only fair that us non-billionaires can also protect ourselves.

    Shall not be infringed.

  3. $200… Sounds legit.

The constitutionality of this law will be decided at the federal level, not at the state.

While the one gun store and the individuals that pay DaVore the $200 may have temporary relief, it’s not the case that’s gonna win it.

  4. It’s funny to see Brettman lobbing political threats…

Lost his primary in 2018 primary for the county board

Staunch supporter of a the owner of a restaurant to be the next sheriff

Trounced in his bid to be Chairman of the Republican Party

He doesn’t even realize that his sanctuary resolution lost at the county GOP.

  5. When was that vote?

The executive committee of the GOP made a statement against Pritzker’s new law as did the sheriff.

The law committee of the county board is supposed to take the issue up at the end of the month.

  6. Great video Cindy. Thanks for the share. Their tricks to accomplish gun confiscation continue to get more creative.

  7. JT? Don’t trust that character on everything he says 100%. After all, he IS an agent and prone to doublespeak.
