On September 20, 2022, McHenry County Blog revealed that top officials of McHenry County College had undergone training for

  • expanding diversity,
  • equity,
  • belongingness, and
  • inclusion

and found it desirable for all faculty and every other employee to be subjected to the same 8-hour indoctrination

On January 24, 2023, faculty members will have to attend the third training sessionby Systemic Education Equity, LLC.

Microaggressions

  • Unpack the major forms of microaggressions
  • Deliberate upon the variance of micro aggressions
  • Discuss waya to disrupt microaggressions

    I’m thinking this is a technical violation of the Geneva Convention.

  4. I once quit a job over something similar.

    Bossman wanted everybody to take sensitivity training because some of our brokers had sexual harassment issues.

    I told him repeatedly that I wouldn’t do it.

    The day before before training day, I was told I’d be out of a job if I didn’t show up.

    I took all my stuff home that night and didn’t show up for the training.

    I was head of IT for the company, and they were really kind of screwed because they didn’t think I was serious and had made no contingency plans.

    I didn’t feel the least bit guilty, because I’d given plenty of advance notice and Bossman chose not to believe me.

  5. Good job Billy Bob. Better to quit with your integrity intact. I have done that several times being in IT. Just remember everyone is irreplaceable. It just takes years for the stupid Sr VPs to realize that by hiring behind you. I’ll go to my grave knowing I never was a go along to get along simp.

    There needs to be millions more of decent, moral citizens/workers in the U.S. to take a stand.

    Weasels too often run companies and departments and are conned into BS programs by the HR people they hire.

    JUST SAY NO!!

    BS diversity nonsense goes back at least 30 years.

    Latest is Diversity, Equity, Inclusion AND BELONGING.

    What next will the HR con artists and fools foist on companies/corporations?

    I see one family owned business that provides goods to homeowners in the Chicago area for at least 40 years. They have commercials on tv and have not bowed to the diversity nonsense.

    Beware of the hiding of the agenda by renaming or using terms for the evil agenda that sound benign.
