Being Sued on Democrats’ Gun Control Law Means Sheriff Robb Tadleman Can No Longer Comment on the Subject

From Sheriff Robb Tadelman’s political email:

Robb Tadelman

There have been several questions asked of me and the statement I sent out 10 days ago. A LOT has happened since then and I wanted to update those that are following.

I have been named, in my official capacity as Sheriff, as a defendant in a Federal Lawsuit filed in the Southern District of Illinois.

I have not been officially served, but have been made aware of the lawsuit.

That all being said, I can no longer comment on the new bill.

Secondly, the Illinois Chiefs of Police sent out a message yesterday afternoon regarding the lawsuit filed by Thomas DeVore in Effingham County, IL. Judge Joshua Morrison has issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) on the state’s assault weapons ban.

However, it is only temporary and it only bars the enforcement of the new Illinois gun control law against roughly 850 plaintiffs. Here’s a link to more on that topic: https://www.ilchiefs.org/…

Lastly, in a couple of weeks I will be attending the Illinois Sheriffs’ Association winter conference where Sheriff’s across the State of Illinois will recieve training and continue to work hard to assure the safety needs of our respective county’s are met.

Thank you all for your support

  1. No matter, we all know and appreciate the sheriff’s position.

For once in his life Lord Jumbo Boy has finally
bitten off more than he can chew. And we hope he chokes to death on it.

  2. Our legal justice system is an embarrassment.

Every lawyer, judge, police officer, DOJ/FBI member and all those involved in the legal-justice system should feel absolutely ashamed of their disgraceful and corrupt system they have created.

No one is honest in that realm.

You’re all lying, self-interested scumbags. Shame on you all for ruining the system that once was the envy of the world.

No we have as legal-justice system symbols: James Comey, John Burge, and Merrick Garland.

The funny thing is, these crooks all get “outstanding bar reviews” just before they are revealed as cheating, lying, frauds.

  3. Whenever a judge or lawyer is referred to as having “an impeccable reputation” or “outstanding legal credentials” or “fully endorsed by the Bar Association”…..know full well what has to take place to get scumbags to refer to you with such praise.

That must mean they are part of the swamp and play the game with the other scumbags.

Never trust someone respected by the “Bar Association”.

That’s like the mob endorsing you for outstanding character.

  4. Of course he won’t as he knows he’ll win based on the Constitution not lawyers opinions.

  5. Cal, Your links aren’t working.

Curious about where the links are intended to go?

  6. Keneally went about this whole situation in the right way.

    Tadelman can learn from him.

  7. “Keneally went about this whole situation in the right way. Tadelman can learn from him.”

    What?

Wait for a couple of weeks before phoning a friend, finger in the wind, and then taking a public stand against?

  8. Well said as I doubt that Kenneally can tie his own shoes.

IMO he wasn’t remotely qualified to be MCSA and was part of a quid pro quo regarding District 155 ‘Bleachergate’.

Kenneally is nothing but a political hack who does what’s best for his benefactors and own self interests.

He won’t make it in private practice.
