GUSTAVO MUNOZ SENTENCED TO EIGHT YEARS IN THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announced that Gustavo Munoz, 46, of McHenry, Illinois, was sentenced to eight years in the Illinois Department of Corrections by the Honorable Judge Tiffany Davis.
Munoz entered a negotiated plea of guilty and was sentenced on one count of Gun Running by Judge Davis on February 2, 2023.
Pursuant to Illinois sentencing statutes, Munoz’s sentence will be served at 75%.
This case was investigated by members of the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department.
The case was prosecuted by Tyler Mikan and Ashur Youash of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.
I’m very disappointed with the judge, Little Miss Tiffany, who went with an even lesser charge than that recommended by the lazy and rather disorganized ASA.
This invader criminal ran a few other far more dangerous ‘businesses’ yet all that got swept under the rug.
The “75%” sentence service time above us FALSE! That fake out would have applied to some of the dropped charges.
So this felon who traipsed around McHenry and Johnsburg like he owned the places and managed a literal harem of drug addled concubines will really be out in 3.8 years bc ‘halfway housing’ can be had.
Caught with $260,000+ on his person ($34k) and at 3 of his his crash pads, his henchmen still operate.
Why does Cal publish these glowing and mendacious press releases with zero investigation of their veracity?
Little Miss Tuffet Judge and her ASA husband (in another county) of a different surname (Regna…. Anger spelt backwards) were loyal Nygrenites.
They represent everything broken with Illinois criminal justice.
