Explanation for Missing Lakewood’s RedTail Golf Course Rounds and Financials

A subtopic of last Tuesday’s Lakewood Village Board meeting was an explaination by Lakewood Village Administration Jean Heckman of why there were no RedTail Golf Club golfing and financial records since October.

Before the meeting, I wrote of the missing documents, which seemed necessary to make a rational decision on whether to proceed with the building of a new clubhouse.

The explanation was that the totals for the number of rounds and revenue were known and been provided to the Board, but a new Deputy Clerk was working to enter the data into a new system.

November’s figures are almost finished and December’s have been started.
