DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED
On 05-07-23 at 1218 hrs, police responded to the intersection of N Division St and Church St regarding a three-vehicle property damage accident and one driver had fled on foot.
During the investigation of the accident and a short time later Ryan N Heflin (m-33 yoa), 120 W Brink St, Apt 2.. the driver of a 2020 Kia was arresred for Diving While License Suspended and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
Heflin was issued a citation for
- Driving While License Suspended,
- Operating an Uninsured Vehicle,
- Failure to Yield at a Stop Intersection,
- Failed to Give Information, and
- Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
Heflin was released with a court date of 07-05-23 at 1330 hrs.
