‘They no longer do Immigration there for the Feds, now wont barely hold everyday criminals anymore.
‘Why need all those people and space anymore?
‘The criminals will all be out among us.’

Dug a little deeper after posting this and found a listing of 200 offenses deemed “detainable”, meaning no “get out of jail card free” at time of arrest and booking. Feels a little better, but still too many loop holes. Link is worth a looksee to see what this amended, (thank God), No Cash Bail Bill now does NOT include. Thank a Republican for that for exposing this and the Public Outcry that came with it, because these 200 were NOT all originally in the Bill as passed in the wee hours by a Democratic led State Legislature.
