County Board Chairman Campaign Finance Stats: Buehler $111,400, Wegener $13,300

If the campaign to lead the McHenry County Board were determined by money in the bank, Chairman Mike Buehler would lead Democratic Party challenger $111,400 to $13,300.

Wegener raised $17,500 during the first three months of the year and spent $10,700.

Buehler took in $107,000 and spent $15,000.

Since the end of last month, Buehler garnered another $5,000, including $1,000 from Ozinga, the last name of Tim Ozinga, who resigned as State Representative recently and is being mentioned as a potential Republican gubernatorial candidate against JB Pritzker.

    Reick gave money people gave him, to Buehler.
