Better late than never for Chicago Tribune cartoonist Scott Stantis to aim his wit at President Joe Biden.
And it is almost too late, since Biden is leaving office on January 20th.
If there was a negative editorial cartoon about Biden before, I certainly missed it.
Stantis usually aims his barbs at Trump, which he draws as a skunk.
