From McHenry County:
MCDH immunization clinics, WIC services, and IBCCP-IWP in Crystal Lake to temporarily relocate due to construction
McHENRY COUNTY, IL – The McHenry County Department of Health (MCDH) will temporarily relocate several services due to upcoming construction at its Crystal Lake location at 100 N. Virginia Street.
Beginning February 6th, the following changes will take place:
- Immunization clinics and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) services will be relocated to MCDH’s Woodstock location at 2200 N. Seminary Avenue, Building A. Clients with existing appointments will be contacted with updated location details. For more information about WIC or to schedule an appointment, call (815) 334-4505. To schedule an immunization appointment, call (815) 334-4500.
- Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP) and Illinois Wisewoman Program (IWP) services will be relocated to the McHenry County Mental Health Board at 620 Dakota Street in Crystal Lake. To schedule an IBCCP-IWP appointment, call (815) 334-0232.
All services will continue to be available at their temporary locations throughout the construction period.
The MCDH’s Animal Control division, also located at 100 N. Virginia Street, will remain open during construction
