At approximately 11:20 PM on Friday, February 7, 2025, at East Grant Highway, the Marengo Police Department arrested Dylan M. Abbott, 32, of East Grant Highway , Marengo, for the following alleged
offense(s);
- Aggravated Domestic Battery-Strangulation (Class 2 Felony),
- Domestic Battery-Physical Contact/Prior Qualifying Conviction (Class 4
Felony), - Domestic Battery-Bodily Harm/Prior Qualifying Conviction (Class
4 Felony), and - Interfering with Domestic Violence Reporting (Class A
Misdemeanor).
Dylan M. Abbott was transferred to the custody of the McHenry County Jail on 02/08/2025 at approximately 2:40 AM.
